The plot is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and with a friendly neighbor on one side. On the
other side there's the Canal de St Martory and further down the river Garonne.

The garden is very quiet, no traffic noises, just the sounds from the river Garonne.

A 70m2 terrasse for outdoor lunches and dining.

There's a pool with a pool house to provide shade during the summer, large enough to host
lunches or dinner parties.

At the end of the garden, there's a huge field, which used to be the local football field but has
been unused as such for the last 10-20 years.

It's a perfect area for entertaining, and we've had many late night pool parties, huge bonfires, loud-ish music, barbecues and whole pig spit roasts throughout the years without a single complaint from the neighbor nor from anyone else.
